Helt utan förvarning dök det i veckan upp ett par helt oplanerade tusenlappar på kontot. Tydligen hade jag gjort mig förtjänt av någon slags skatteåterbäring. Trevligt, tänkte jag, vilket det var också, och köpte mig en trade paper back av The Ultimates.
Jag gillar verkligen Marvels Ultimate-linje, som inleddes redan 2001, och den beskrivs i all korthet så här (fritt saxat från Wikipedia):
The tone of the story is widely considered to be darker, more cynical, and more cinematic than most traditional comic books.
